For our final Computer Graphics project, I chose the Qila Deoband Mosque in Saharanpur, India. The city of Deoband is located in the district of Saharanpur, Uttar Pradesh (about 150 km North of Delhi). This city was established in 1866 and is jam packed with beautiful mosques. Mosques are used as Islamic houses of prayer and centers for Islamic learning. I chose to do this structure because it has very unique colors, and I thought it would be fun to make the minarets, as well as the arches.
